Leading call centre and communications expert, Inter-Active Technologies is proud to announce the appointment of a Sales Executive for its Cape Town operation.

Inter-Active Technologies is looking to expand its footprint in the Western Cape by appointing Bronwen Stuchbury as the company’s new business Sales Executive for the region.
Stuchbury, who was an account manager at a major telecommunications solutions provider for the last five years, was appointed to the Cape Town-based position within Inter-Active Technologies in April 2011.

December 2010 saw the Truter family being featured on local radio station 94.7 Highveld Stereo’s popular Christmas Wish List initiative. Local customer services specialists, Inter-Active Technologies responded to their plight and donated R100 000 towards Bronwyn’s medical fees, contributing specifically to the 24-hour private nursing care that has allowed to her to continue her recovery from the comfort of her home.

April will mark a full year since ten-year-old Bronwyn Truter fell into a coma after being diagnosed with severe insulin dependent diabetes type 1. Following her three-month coma, Bronwyn suffered cardiac arrest, impaired vision and sustained brain damage to her right frontal lobe...

This year saw a new first with potential clients joining our list of invitees together with our existing clients, therefore we decided to go even bigger and better than last year, and really highlight all the different services that our company has to offer.

We exhibited our core capabilities with a very successful live overflow call centre demonstration at the function. Volunteering guests were handed cell phones in order to make calls through to our call centre based in Roodepoort...
