While many companies pay lip service to the motto that "people are our most important asset", Inter-Active Technologies acts on it – and with great success.

Kurauone Muzhinji (known as Liberty) was employed as a security guard at the Inter-Active Technologies premises in Florida from 2007. "I got to know many of the people, and was keen to find out what they did," he says.

The festive season is upon us once again, and Inter-Active Technologies' was on hand to ensure that the children at Buang Day Care in Dobsonville, Soweto, have something to make their Christmas season that much brighter.

Inter-Active Technologies' Executive Committee, comprising of Group Chief Executive Brendan van Staaden, Chief Financial Director Jacqui van Staaden, Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development Patricia Kometsi and Chief Operations Officer Gwen de Sa' spent the morning at Buang Day Care handing out gifts and spending time playing with the children.
