A vacancy exists for the position of Divisional Manager – Maxis Consulting. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the position requires a number of critical functions which requires the successful applicant to translate the overall plan for the company into specific goals for the division. In addition, designing and implementing the overall division processes, and ensuring a high work performance ethic with minimum mistakes and detailed reporting.
Call Centre MIS Reporting Specialist
Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining MIS reports regarding Call Centres on a daily basis. Must have the capability to customize and automate reports in a short space of time. Must have the ability to communicate with clients and understand their needs.
