DIRECT SALES CALL CENTRE MANAGER
A vacancy for a Direct Sales Call Centre Manager has become available within the ACTIVcontact Division. Based at the company’s Campus site, the position will report to the General Manager: ACTIVcontact.
The Direct Sales Call Centre Manager will run the operations for Inter-Active Technologies Direct Sales area. You will create an effective support team and strong business partnerships with the internal Inter-Active functions (including sales, marketing, finance and IT), in addition manage the relationship with the customers relative to the agreed and signed off Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and required sales targets.
